Krill are small crustaceans of the order Euphausiacea, and are found in all the world’s oceans. The name krill comes from the Norwegian word krill, meaning “small fry of fish”, which is also often attributed to species of fish.

Since our product is a mixture of 70% fish oil concentrate (TG3322) and 30% pure krill oil it is absorbed better by the body. Typical “normal fish oil” does not absorb well in the body due to its hydrophobic properties.

This can be resolved by adding krill oil to the blend. Because krill contains high phospholipid content, it is able to blend well with water. This unique addition to our product aids in the absorption of both the fish and krill oils.
