5. Returns & Cancellations

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU law.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be sealed and unused

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product

Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned due to health protection and hygiene reasons, as per Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To initiate a return, contact us at ak@northernlightproducts.no. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
